Coronavirus (COVID-19) Protocols

Dental on Clarendon is closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak and will continue to update our protocols as advised by expert authorities. This is clearly a challenging and ever-changing situation and in order to minimise chances of further infection, we ask for you to be proactive, honest and understanding of the safety measures we’ve adopted.

Infection control measures

  • Increased hand sanitiser available
  • Increased use of antibacterial surface wipes on all shared surfaces
  • Infection control procedures in all surgerys, reception and waiting areas.
  • All Staff fully trained in hygiene and infection control

Patient Screening

We also ask patients who fall into the following categories to postpone their treatment and arrange to reschedule to another day.

  • Anyone who has returned in the last 14 days from China, Iran, Italy, Japan, Mongolia or Republic of Korea (request medical clearance before attending Dental on Clarendon)
  • Anyone who has returned from International travel within the last 7 days
  • Have children or work at a school which has been closed down due to the spread of COVID-19
  • Anyone who is currently experiencing flu, cold and cough like symptoms

All patients may be screened by Reception Staff to ensure the safety of our valued clients.

We will continue to monitor best practice and will keep you updated of any changes. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to continue to work with you all to ensure a safe environment at Dental on Clarendon. Keep safe and look out for one another.
